Cos'è Mitayo

Mitayo è un'app Android gratuita e non commerciale, un progetto personale di Emanuele Melini, per aggiornare la propria lista MyAnimeList. Usando l'app accetti questi termini e l'informativa privacy; se non li accetti, non usarla.

What Mitayo is

Mitayo is a free, non-commercial Android app, a personal project by Emanuele Melini, to update your own MyAnimeList list. By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy; if you don't accept them, don't use it.

Il tuo account MyAnimeList

Per usare Mitayo serve un account MyAnimeList, che resta regolato dai termini d'uso di MyAnimeList: sei tu responsabile del tuo account e di come lo usi. Mitayo non è affiliata a MyAnimeList né approvata da MyAnimeList, e usa la loro API ufficiale. MyAnimeList può cambiare, limitare o togliere l'accesso all'API in qualsiasi momento: in quel caso l'app può smettere di funzionare in tutto o in parte.

Your MyAnimeList account

Mitayo needs a MyAnimeList account, which stays governed by the MyAnimeList terms of use: you're responsible for your account and how you use it. Mitayo isn't affiliated with or endorsed by MyAnimeList, and uses their official API. MyAnimeList can change, limit or remove access to the API at any time: if that happens, the app may stop working in whole or in part.

Cosa fa alla tua lista

Mitayo cambia la tua lista MyAnimeList solo quando lo decidi tu:

swipe a destra: l'anime diventa completed con tutti gli episodi;
swipe in alto, o a destra su un anime ancora in onda: l'anime diventa watching con gli episodi che indichi;
annulla: torna lo stato che l'anime aveva prima dello swipe.

Senza connessione le modifiche partono più tardi, appena c'è rete. L'annullamento vale per gli ultimi swipe fatti nell'app; tutto il resto lo correggi su MyAnimeList.

What it does to your list

Mitayo changes your MyAnimeList list only when you decide so:

a right swipe: the anime becomes completed with every episode;
a swipe up, or right on an anime still airing: the anime becomes watching with the episodes you enter;
undo: the anime gets back the status it had before the swipe.

Without a connection the changes go out later, as soon as there's a network. Undo works for the last swipes made in the app; anything else you fix on MyAnimeList.

Contenuti

Titoli, immagini, voti, generi e sinossi arrivano da MyAnimeList e appartengono a MyAnimeList e ai rispettivi titolari. Mitayo li mostra come li riceve, per il tuo uso personale: non copiarli né ridistribuirli. I contenuti che MyAnimeList classifica come solo per adulti sono nascosti finché non li attivi nel Profilo: attivandoli dichiari di essere maggiorenne e che vederli è legale dove ti trovi.

Content

Titles, pictures, scores, genres and synopses come from MyAnimeList and belong to MyAnimeList and their respective owners. Mitayo shows them as it gets them, for your personal use: don't copy or redistribute them. Content MyAnimeList rates as adults only is hidden until you turn it on in the Profile: by turning it on you state that you're an adult and that viewing it is legal where you are.

Aggiornamenti

Al massimo una volta al giorno l'app controlla su GitHub se c'è una versione nuova e te la propone con le novità. Si installa solo se tocchi Aggiorna, e Android chiede comunque una conferma; le versioni si possono scaricare anche dalla pagina di download.

Updates

At most once a day the app checks on GitHub for a new version and offers it with what's new. It's installed only if you tap Update, and Android asks for a confirmation anyway; the versions can also be downloaded from the download page.

Uso consentito

Puoi usare Mitayo solo per gestire la tua lista, per uso personale e non commerciale. Non usarla per fare richieste in massa a MyAnimeList, aggirare i loro limiti, automatizzare l'app o violare i termini di MyAnimeList, e non distribuire versioni modificate dell'app presentandole come Mitayo.

Allowed use

You may use Mitayo only to manage your own list, for personal, non-commercial use. Don't use it to send mass requests to MyAnimeList, get around their limits, automate the app or break the MyAnimeList terms, and don't distribute modified versions of the app presenting them as Mitayo.

Nessuna garanzia

Mitayo è fornita gratuitamente così com'è, senza garanzie: può avere errori, funzionare male con alcuni dispositivi o smettere di funzionare, e una sincronizzazione può non andare a buon fine. Controlla su MyAnimeList le modifiche che ti stanno a cuore.

No warranty

Mitayo is provided free of charge as is, without warranties: it may have bugs, work badly on some devices or stop working, and a sync may fail. Check on MyAnimeList the changes you care about.

Responsabilità

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, lo sviluppatore non risponde di danni che derivano dall'uso di Mitayo o dall'impossibilità di usarla, compresi la perdita o la modifica di dati della tua lista MyAnimeList. Restano salvi i casi di dolo o colpa grave e i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori e che non si possono escludere.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the developer isn't liable for damages arising from the use of Mitayo or from being unable to use it, including the loss or change of data in your MyAnimeList list. This doesn't apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it limit the rights the law gives consumers that can't be excluded.

Fine dell'uso e modifiche

Puoi smettere quando vuoi: esci dal Profilo o disinstalla l'app. Lo sviluppatore può modificare, sospendere o chiudere l'app e il sito in qualsiasi momento. Se questi termini cambiano, la data in alto si aggiorna; se cambiano in modo sostanziale, l'app ti chiede di accettarli di nuovo.

Ending use and changes

You can stop whenever you like: log out from the Profile or uninstall the app. The developer may change, suspend or close the app and the site at any time. If these terms change, the date at the top is updated; if they change in substance, the app asks you to accept them again.
